Editing a Pipeline Alert
This section outlines the steps to edit an existing pipeline alert:
Access the Mezmo Web Application Log in to your Mezmo account and navigate to the Pipelines section.
Select the Target Pipeline Choose the pipeline containing the alert you want to edit and click Edit Pipeline.
Locate the Alert Source/Processor Identify the source or processor associated with the alert and click it to open its configuration.
Access Alert Configuration Click the three dots (···) and select Alerts to view all alerts for that source/processor.
Edit the Alert
- Click the alert name to select it and modify its name or description.
- Configure the alert type (e.g., threshold, pattern match).
- Adjust the payload and specify where the alert should be sent (e.g., email, webhook).
- Save and Deploy Changes Click Save, then close the editor. Finally, click Deploy Pipeline to apply the changes permanently.
Saving and Deploying Changes
After configuring the alert, you must explicitly save and deploy updates to ensure they take effect. The steps are:
- Click Save to store changes locally.
- Click Deploy Pipeline to apply the updated alert configuration to your active pipeline.
