Datadog Agent Integration

1. Prerequisites:

• Contact a Mezmo representative via Customer Success to enable this feature (Early Access only).
• Datadog Agent version must be 7.35 or higher (or 6.35 for older versions).

2. Configuration Steps:

• In Edit Pipeline, add a source and select the Datadog Agent option.
• Enter a title and description for the source (e.g., "Datadog-Mezmo-Prod").
• Generate API Key:
• In the Access Key Management Panel, click Create New Key.
• Set the key type to User-Defined and paste a Datadog API key (create a dedicated key for Mezmo).
• Two URLs are generated:
• dd-logs-config-logs-dd-url for log ingestion.
• dd-dd-url for the pipeline endpoint.

3. Update Datadog Agent:

• Modify your Datadog agent configuration to point to the generated Mezmo URLs.
• Refer to Datadog documentation for detailed steps.

Note: Ensure the API key is scoped exclusively to Mezmo to avoid unintended data exposure.
